Vankikarkuri (The Fugitive) is a composition for standard big band featuring guitar soloist. The work was premiered by the UMO Jazz Orchestra in 2011 at the final of the Esko Linnavalli Big Band Composition Competition during the Imatra Big Band Festival (July 7).
The work is suitable for advanced to expert players and includes solos for guitar and first alto saxophone. The download includes a ZIP file containing the full score and all parts as separate files.
